The Colorado winter is long and harsh. Any home in this climate should not be left unattended for long. It is for this reason that Mountain Haven Home Watch offers nothing less frequent than weekly home assessments.

For your security, home visits take place on random days each week. Owner, Amilia, personally visits each home and conducts the customized assessments.

Following the assessment, our clients receive an email containing a comprehensive report of the services provided and any potential problem areas. We are your eyes when you are not here. Photos of your home will be included with your report to ensure that you are well-equipped to make informed, proactive decisions.

Preparing your home for winter takes a lot of work, but it is essential. The Brace For Winter Package is offered each Fall and gives you peace of mind that your home is ready to face the long Winter months ahead.

The holidays can be hectic and stressful. The Happy Holidays Package will make certain that this is not the case for you. You and your loved ones will drive up to your lighted and decorated home and that will be just the beginning of a holiday to remember.

After the snow melts and the valley is covered in mud, it is time to get your home ready for the Summer season. The Spring Spruce-Up Package awakens your home and ensures that you will have time to smell the Steamboat wildflowers when you come to visit.
